Advisory work sized to the question in front of you.
Mission360™ brings together eight integrated systems of support. Each is a distinct strength and an equal point of entry—available wherever your organization needs experienced help, guidance, and activation.
Mission360™

How the systems connect
The Mission360™ model
Enter where your organization needs help. Every engagement is understood in relation to the whole institution, so progress in one system strengthens the organization around it.
High-performing mission-driven organizations are not created through isolated improvements. Leadership, governance, strategy, philanthropy, operations, visitor experience, and communications must reinforce one another.
Mission360™ is not a required sequence and not an eight-part package. You do not need to learn the model or purchase the whole system. Most organizations engage one system of support; the model simply keeps that work connected to everything else.
Begin with the Challenge in Front of You
We help wherever your organization most needs support, while applying the full Mission360 model to every engagement so the work is guided by a connected system that strengthens decisions and delivers measurable results.

One organization. Eight mutually reinforcing systems.
Mission success is not produced by one strong department, one successful campaign, one gifted executive, or one well-written plan. It is produced when the organization’s essential systems work together.
Engagement models
How the work is structured
Some organizations need a single facilitated session. Others need a phased engagement that runs through a planning cycle, a campaign, or a leadership transition. Scope is set after the first conversation, in writing, with a clear fee and timeline.
Assignments are tailored. Where a project calls for specialized capacity — search logistics, design, exhibit expertise — Sirianno & Associates assembles an appropriate team of experienced practitioners and remains accountable for the outcome.
Focused session
A board retreat, governance workshop, or facilitated planning day with preparation and follow-up materials.
Defined project
An assessment, campaign readiness review, strategic plan, visitor experience study, or executive search with a fixed scope.
Ongoing counsel
Monthly or twice-monthly advisory for an executive director or board chair, or implementation support through a plan's first year.
Submit an RFP
Have an RFP or a project description ready?
Send it directly. Include the question you need answered, your timeline, and an approximate budget range — that is enough for a useful first reply.
Submissions are normally acknowledged within one business day, with an initial response as soon as possible after that.
Start a conversation
Is your organization as strong as the mission it serves?
A 30-minute conversation is the simplest place to begin. No preparation required — bring the question that is on your mind.
