How we can work together
Work directly with Ed to assess a board decision, prepare for strategic planning, explore campaign readiness, strengthen fundraising or membership, or consider how to expand programs and advocacy. Together, we examine the situation, test your thinking, and develop practical recommendations you can act on.
Engagement scope
Your $2,500 engagement includes:
- An initial consultation to understand your situation and establish priorities.
- Review of relevant materials to inform our work together.
- Three dedicated working sessions with Ed to examine options and develop a practical direction.
- Concise written recommendations and next steps.
- Two follow-up conversations within 60 days to help you apply the recommendations.
The outcome
You leave with a clearer basis for decisions and a practical course of action.
Investment and payment
$2,500, prepaid when the engagement is booked.
If our work identifies the need for a broader consulting assignment, the full $2,500 fee can be credited toward that engagement, with the scope and terms agreed in advance.
